WHAT TYPES OF SERVICES DO WE OFFER?

Be it a room, a unique space or an entire office, we can design it for you. Plus, because startups have different space scales and budgets, we’ve created three different models of design services:

1.design per room.

2.design per meter.

3.design per hour.

 

HOW MUCH DOES A TYPICAL SPACE DESIGN COST?

The cost is primarily related to the budget for — and complexity of — the space. To give you a general idea: Rates for space under 30 sqm range from $3000 to $4000. Rates for larger spaces typically start at $50 per meter. For an accurate estimate, please get in touch and tell us more about your project.

We also do consulting on how to respond to low-cost and user space-experience issues.

 

WHAT’S THE TYPICAL PROCESS?

Once we’ve completed several rounds of intense, nail-biting negotiations (kidding!), we’ll want to learn everything we can about you and your business. During this time you’ll both complete our creative brief and spend some time with our team on a discovery call. After that, we’ll get together to brainstorm some creative ways to design your space. Typically this results in two or three concepts for you to choose from, but sometimes we’ll come to you with just one killer idea. From there we’ll sketch an initial floor plan and a color scheme. Once we do some basic styling, as well as choose materials, furniture, lightning fixtures and accessories, we will dive into producing detailed plans and renderings for construction. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

It depends. A good design takes time to produce, and we don’t cut corners to sacrifice quality. On average,a full set of drawings for construction will take three to four weeks, not including time allotted for your feedback and revisions, which can add an additional one to two weeks (on average), depending on the quantity and complexity of your requests, as well as the timeliness of your feedback.

 

HOW DO FEEDBACK AND REVISIONS WORK?

Creating spaces is a team effort and your collaboration is key. For each step in the process, you will enjoy up to two rounds of revisions.

 

WHAT’S INVOLVED IN GETTING STARTED?

First, get in touch and let us know what you’re looking for. Once we have a good understanding of your goals and objectives, we’ll provide you with a formal estimate. Assuming you approve, we’ll then send you a Services Agreement, along with an initial invoice for thirty percent of the project total. We’ll also provide you with a creative brief and schedule a kickoff call with your dedicated project manager, so you can review the materials together before we officially get started.
